Program Focus Areas

Eligibility

Full-time IU Indianapolis staff across all schools, units, and ranks are encouraged to apply as mentors or mentees.

Become a Mentee:

- Complete the program application
- Discuss the time commitment with your supervisor

Become a Mentor:

- Complete the program application
- Must be full time staff with at least two (2) years' work experience at IU Indianapolis

Mentees

Establish professional goals
Actively engage in the relationship
Come prepared to meetings
